Welcome to the Larry Blue Foundation website (“Site”), operated by the Larry Blue Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational and charitable purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.

Donations

All donations made through the Site are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe’s terms of service. Donations to the Larry Blue Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Tax receipts will be issued for all donations.

  • Donations are final and non-refundable unless made in error. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days.
  • The Larry Blue Foundation reserves the right to allocate donated funds according to our mission priorities, unless a specific allocation is agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of the Larry Blue Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use our name, logo, or any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Limited use for news reporting or nonprofit collaboration is permitted with proper attribution.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s operation, accuracy, completeness, or availability. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
